Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Property Consultant to join our team. The best person for the job will love real estate, get along well with others, and have a strong desire to do well. As a Property Consultant, you will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while giving them great customer service. You will be moving to Dubai for good. This job pays based on the sales you make.

Main Duties

Help clients buy, sell, and rent homes and businesses.

Show properties to potential buyers or renters and give them clear details about the places.

Create and keep good relationships with clients by figuring out what they want and need, so you can offer them the best property options.

Do market research and keep up with real estate trends to give clients good advice.

Discuss and complete property deals, making sure all legal and money matters are taken care of properly.

Get ready and take care of the important papers, contracts, and agreements for buying or selling property.

Work together with your teammates to reach sales goals and help the company succeed.

Always be professional and ethical when dealing with clients.

Requirements

You have successfully worked as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or a similar job before.

Good understanding of the real estate market and how to manage properties.

Great at talking and working out deals.

Can create and keep good relationships with clients.

Driven by my own goals and focused on getting good results.

Skilled in using real estate software and MS Office programs.
