Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Commercial Officer who can communicate well, keep track of shipment and delivery information, handle invoices, and manage relationships with customers.
Main Duties:
Setting up a clear way to keep track of shipments and deliveries that is easy to access and use.
Making delivery and shipping notes and checking on their progress to keep management and customers informed.
Keeping good business connections with customers.
Update the management about how things are going with tasks and deliveries.
Know about all orders and processes happening at any time.
Requirements:
Great at talking and getting along with others.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in the area.
Good at keeping things organized and noticing small details. Can store and organize all the files and documents you get and use.
Can do many things at once and work well in a busy setting.
Good at speaking English and, ideally, Arabic (Knowing more languages is a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 4,000 to 6,000 AED each month.
