We are seeking a talented Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our team in the dynamic field of oil and gas in UAE-Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of rotating equipment in our operations. Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement maintenance strategies for rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
– Conduct regular inspections and analysis of rotating equipment to identify and rectify any potential issues.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and troubleshoot any operational challenges.
– Provide technical expertise and support for the installation, commissioning, and operation of rotating equipment.
– Participate in the development and review of engineering designs and specifications for rotating equipment.
– Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to maintenance activities, equipment performance, and operational procedures.
– Stay updated with industry best practices, standards, and technological advancements in rotating equipment to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven experience in the maintenance and operation of rotating equipment in the oil and gas industry.
– Strong knowledge of rotating equipment principles, design, and technical standards.
– Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques, reliability-centered maintenance, and condition monitoring tools.
– Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for analysis and design.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
– Relevant certifications such as API 510, API 570, and API 653 are preferred.
