Important Measures of Success
Help the Sales Director with their sales tasks.
To answer all guest requests and keep good service and relationships with clients.
To reach the sales goal set by the hotel.
Knows and follows all hotel rules, guidelines, and relevant laws.
Reports any dangers, risks, or accidents as needed.
Follows and knows all important workplace health and safety rules.
Makes sure all instructions are carried out as asked by any senior manager.
Operational: How things work or are done.
Take part in the Sales Department to increase sales as much as possible.
Make sure to follow Accor’s basic rules for sales.
Keep track of all sales activities and account details in the Sales Database.
Work with the Sales Team to create and carry out a plan for monthly sales activities.
Serving qualified clients in the hotel’s Food and Beverage areas.
Help plan and support hotel events as asked by the Director of Sales.
Prepare the monthly report for the Sales Director.
Always look into and check the market situation and competitors to find good sales plans.
Build and keep good relationships with both current and potential customers.
Stay informed about special events, conventions, business meetings, and other opportunities that can help sell our facilities.
Make and carry out sales plans and strategies for the assigned areas, and work on boosting sales and income.
Make a plan and start taking steps to find and get new business for the company.
Any issue that could impact the hotel should be reported to the Management.
Help the team create the Sales Plan for each segment.
Make sure to reach the goals set in the Organization’s Strategic Plan.
Requirements
Profile
Understanding and Practice
Certificate in Travel / Hotel Management / Event Planning
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar job.
Great skills in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Skilled in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Skills
Good speaking and listening skills and being able to talk to customers well.
Focused on helping others and paying attention to small details.
The ability to work well and help out in a group.
Driven and enthusiastic
You should always look neat and be dressed nicely.
