Responsibilities:

· Keeping track of the staff’s work hours.

– Keeping daily reports for the senior management.

Make sure that maintenance work is done safely and follows all safety rules.

– Hold regular safety training sessions and checkups to encourage a safe environment in the team.

– Take care of the spare parts and supplies that the maintenance department keeps in stock for the store. Make changes to the record as needed.

Fix difficult maintenance problems and give advice and support to the maintenance team.

Keep up-to-date with the newest trends and improvements in maintenance practices.

– Oversee, train, and improve a group of maintenance workers.

Make a plan and assign maintenance jobs, making sure they get done quickly and well.

Work together with the Maintenance Manager to organize and carry out maintenance tasks.

– Supervise the fixing and upkeep of tools, machines, and buildings to avoid stoppages and keep everything running smoothly.

– Doing all the tasks that the managers and clients ask for.

– Keeping an eye on the reports and taking action when needed.

· Look at the current project every day and tell the Facility/Maintenance Manager about any problems coming up and what work is being done.

– Handle the project following the laws and guidelines of the UAE.

All the machines and building systems need to be checked, and the management should be kept informed about their condition so that any needed actions can be taken.

Find technical problems and report them through the correct channels set by management for necessary action.

– Keep track of lost and found items safely in the project and report them as needed.

· Do random checks on the project to help it get better.

– Get involved in emergencies and manage them professionally.
