Create and deliver hiring reports that emphasize key performance indicators like time-to-fill and pipeline status of candidates to management. Create and preserve a talent pool by interacting with passive applicants on social media and through networking. Keep abreast of market developments and industry best practices in hiring, and always look for methods to make the hiring process better. Ideal Candidate Profile It is preferred to have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline. proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel, for reporting and data analysis needs. Proficient in both written and spoken communication, with the capacity to interact and establish a rapport with a wide range of applicants. strong organizational abilities and the ability to oversee several hiring procedures at once without sacrificing standards.
