Summary of the job:

The person in this job is in charge of selling and promoting products on the M&S online stores and other websites. They focus on improving sales and customer experience for Clothing, Home items, Beauty products, and Food. The person in this job will be responsible for providing a great experience for customers and helping the Senior Online Merchandiser create and implement M&S standards.

What you will do: –

Explanation of Accountability:

Keep track of website data according to the main rules.
Use the best methods online to make sure things connect smoothly from online to offline.
Handles online product display – organizing categories.
Make reports and look at the conversion numbers.
Handle how promotions are carried out on the platform.
Creating good relationships with both our own teams and outside teams, especially the Buying team and other brand teams.
Researching the market and studying competitors.
Website checks to make sure it’s current with the newest products and offers.

Skills needed to do well:

Basic skills in using MS Office.
Familiar with using an online store management system.
Love for the M&S brand, its history, and knowing a lot about its products.
A team member who is sure of themselves and works well with others.
Can deal with complicated situations.
Paying close attention to small things.
Product Confident means being sure about a product or feeling good about using it.
Good at Talking to Others

What prepares you for the job:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is preferred)
3-4 years of experience in fashion in a specific area or similar experience at a previous job.
Good planning, organizing, and knowing what is most important.
Very practical, with a good grasp of retail operations.
Good at understanding and working with numbers and data.
