Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a careful and detail-focused Admin – Data Entry worker to join our team in Dubai. This job needs someone who is active and well-organized to handle data entry tasks and help with administration, making sure everything runs smoothly in our company.
Job Duties:
Enter and update information in the company’s databases and systems correctly.
Check and fix the information to make sure it’s correct.
Help gather and arrange data for reports.
Keep private information secret and manage data according to company rules.
Make regular copies of important company data to keep it safe.
Work with different departments to make sure the data is current and shows the most recent information.
Help with basic office tasks, like managing documents and keeping records.
Help set up meetings, keep track of schedules, and organize documents.
Make sure that entering data is simple and works smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications:
You should have a high school diploma or something similar. Extra training in office work or managing data is helpful.
Experience in data entry or office work, with attention to detail.
Good skills in Microsoft Office programs (like Excel and Word) and other data entry software.
Good at organizing tasks and managing time.
Can work alone and also with others.
Great speaking and writing skills in English.
