Job Summary: We are looking for a lively and very organized person to work with us as the Chairman’s Personal Assistant. This job will help the Chairman with office tasks, communication, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Main Duties:
Administrative Support: Help organize the Chairman’s schedule, set up meetings, and arrange travel plans.
Communication: Handle and organize messages. Focus on important emails, phone calls, and other questions for the Chairman.
Documentation: Write and revise letters, reports, presentations, and other documents needed by the Chairman.
Help with meetings: Go to meetings with the Chairman, write down important notes, and check on tasks that need to be done afterward.
Relationship Management: Create and keep good relationships with people inside and outside the company, such as leaders, customers, and business partners.
Keep private information safe and don’t share it with others.
Project Management: Help with special projects and tasks given by the Chairman, making sure everything is done on time and goals are reached.
Office Management: Make sure the Chairman’s office runs well by handling supplies, equipment, and making sure all administrative tasks are done properly.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar area is preferred.
Must have solid experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant helping senior leaders, especially in a business setting.
Great at staying organized and managing time well, able to focus on important tasks and meet different deadlines.
Good speaking and writing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other office tools.
The ability to stay calm and professional when under stress.
