Full job description
We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Sales Representative to join our team. This person will focus on wound care products and supplies. The perfect person for this job should have at least 2 years of sales experience in medical supplies, especially in CSSD and related products. As a Sales Executive, you will help increase sales, build good relationships with customers, and show our brand in a positive and professional way.
Main Tasks:
Create and carry out a clear sales plan to meet and go beyond sales goals.
Find and connect with possible customers like hospitals, clinics, and healthcare workers.
Give talks and show our medical equipment to highlight its benefits.
Create and keep good, lasting relationships with customers.
Give great help to customers and answer any questions or problems they have.
Keep up with what’s happening in the industry and what competitors are doing to find new ways to grow the business.
Work with the marketing team to create ads and promotions.
Make regular sales reports and predictions for the management to look at.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in selling medical products that are used once.
Successful history in medical sales.
Good knowledge of the healthcare market and what customers want.
Great at talking to people, making deals, and giving presentations.
Driven, focused on goals, and capable of working alone.
You need a valid driver’s license from the UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Marketing, or a similar area.
You need to be able to speak Arabic.
Job Type: Full-time means you will work all the time, not part-time.
The ability to travel or move to a new place.
Abu Dhabi: It’s good to have a regular way to get to work or plan to move before you start your job (preferred).
Learning:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
