Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled female assistant to help the Managing Director. The perfect person for the job should speak English well, be very organized, look nice, and handle different tasks effectively.
Main Tasks:
Help the Managing Director keep track of their calendar, set up meetings, and organize trips.
Manage emails, organize tasks by importance, and reply for the Managing Director when necessary.
Set up meetings, write down notes, and check on tasks that need to be done.
Answer and make phone calls politely and carefully.
Make slides, reports, and other papers using Microsoft Office programs.
Be the first person people talk to and show a professional image for the Managing Director.
Keep the filing system organized and make sure there is good communication with coworkers and outside partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
Good at speaking and writing in formal English.
Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Great at keeping things organized and managing time well.
Look neat and act professional.
Good at talking and working together.
Can work well under stress and handle many jobs at once.
Job Type: Full-time means you will work all the time, usually 40 hours a week.
Salary: Starting at AED 3,000. 00 each month
