Answer and make customer calls politely and professionally, making sure customers are very happy.
Give customers clear and complete information about products, services, and sales.
Stick to company rules and scripts to make sure everything is done the same way and follows the guidelines.
Keep customer records and update their information when necessary.
Hit or go beyond daily, weekly, and monthly goals, like the number of calls made and how happy customers are.
Work together with team members and other departments to answer customer questions and give great service.

Candidate Profile We Are Looking For

Experience working in a call center or customer service related to medical or dental services.
Great speaking and writing skills in English.
Can handle many tasks at once and work quickly.
Careful and precise when entering and keeping track of information.
Good at getting along with others and working well in a group.
