Job Overview:
Give good help with organization, planning, and processes to the MEA medical affairs team, including the Regional Medical Director and local medical teams in the area.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Office Help
Organize and manage the logistics for all healthcare professional (HCP) and Advisory Board meetings. This includes planning travel, choosing meeting locations (both in-person and online), booking rooms, arranging food, and handling audio-visual needs.
Work with the regulatory and compliance team to help manage and complete all necessary paperwork, checks, and approvals for contracts with healthcare professionals and to keep track of them.
Help senior leaders fulfill all reporting and audit requirements.
Work together with other teams to help make ongoing improvements in how we operate.
Encourage teamwork and partnership within the Medical Affairs team, among different business areas, and with customers.
Help keep customer information up to date using the right CRM systems.
Gathering and checking monthly reports.
Money management
Preparing and handling bills that need to be paid in the future and creating financial reports.
Following the rules
Make sure all documents about healthcare provider and vendor agreements are kept according to the Company’s rules on how long to keep records.
Quality means how good or well-made something is.
Help with Allergan Aesthetics’ quality management system and internal review processes.
Plan training sessions when needed.

College degree (Preferably in pharmacy)
Skills and Talents
At least 1 year of experience in an office job doing administrative work.
Having experience in the pharmaceutical industry is very important.
Good skills in talking and writing.
Proven ability to coordinate meetings inside the company and with customers outside the company.
Good at organizing, can decide what’s important, and manage my own time to finish tasks on time.
A mindset focused on always getting better.
Good at working together and being part of a team.
Good at using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
