Job Description: **What the Job Is About:**
We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to help our finance team with everyday accounting tasks. The best person for this job should know the basics of accounting well, be very organized, and pay close attention to details. This job gives you a chance to learn important skills in accounting while helping our company succeed.
Duties:
Help make financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Handle bills that need to be paid and money that needs to be received correctly and quickly.
Check bank statements and keep track of the main account records.
Help with finishing up financial tasks at the end of the month and the end of the year.
Work together with team members to make sure we follow accounting rules and practices.
Help with special projects and tasks when needed.
Needs:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar area.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
Skill in using Microsoft Excel and Tally accounting software.
Good at thinking clearly and solving problems.
Great at talking and getting along with others.
Ability to focus on important tasks and finish them on time in a busy setting.
Careful attention to small things and being very accurate.
