Duties:

Help with the daily operations, which includes managing vehicles, helping customers, and handling deliveries.
Work together with the Operations Manager to find ways to make processes better and work more efficiently.
Keep track of when vehicles need maintenance and make sure they are serviced on time to keep the fleet in good condition.
Answer customer questions and fix problems quickly and nicely to keep customers happy.
Keep accurate records of what happens in the operation, such as rental deals, vehicle checks, and maintenance logs.
Collaborate with different teams to solve problems and make improvements.

Needs:

Experience working in a similar job, especially in car rental or transportation.
Good at staying organized and can handle several tasks at once while figuring out what needs to be done first.
Great at talking and working with people, always focused on what’s best for the customer.
Skill in using Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of operations management software.
Careful and attentive, always aiming to achieve great results.
A bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a similar area is nice to have, but it’s not necessary.
