Job Description: A summary of what a job involves.

The main job of a guest service agent is to help guests politely and professionally. You will take bookings, welcome and check in guests, help them have a great stay, and take care of their bills when they leave. You will quickly and effectively take care of all questions, requests, and feedback from guests, making sure they are happy during their stay at the hotel.

Requirements
A strong emphasis on helping customers, with experience in luxury hotels.
It’s better if you have some experience working at a hotel front desk.
You need to have good communication skills and be fluent in English, Arabic, German, French, or Italian.
Be ready to work different hours, on weekends, and on holidays.
Know how to use Ms Office and experience with modern Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
