Job Overview
We are searching for an energetic and goal-focused Admission Officer who has good experience in sales. The perfect person will be great at talking with others, love education, and be able to help new students sign up easily. This job includes helping students with their studies, giving them personal support, and encouraging sales to meet enrollment goals.

Place: Al Qusais, Dubai

Main Tasks:

Helping Students:

Give clear information to future students about school programs and what they need to get accepted.
Find out what students want to achieve in their education and suggest the right programs for them.
Help students during the application and enrollment process to make it easier and more enjoyable for them.
Sales and Enrollment: Selling and Signing Up

Create and use good sales plans to reach and surpass enrollment goals.
Reach out to potential customers from marketing efforts and questions.
Keep clear records of conversations with potential students and follow their progress as they enroll.
Building Relationships:

Build and keep in touch with potential students by talking to them often and checking in regularly.
Work together with the marketing and admissions teams to improve how we attract new students.
Join recruitment events, online talks, and open houses to draw in possible students.
Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience in getting students to enroll.
Focused on achieving goals with a history of hitting or surpassing sales targets.
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Sales, Marketing, or a similar area.
Good at talking and getting along with people.
The ability to connect with students and help them make decisions.
Skilled in using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs.
Job Type: Full-time means you will work every week, around 40 hours or more.

Salary: 3,000 to 4,000 AED each month.
