Aura Pure Herbal Hair Oil is a high-quality hair care brand that uses natural ingredients to keep your hair healthy. Our product is made for people living in a new country and locals who want good, natural, and effective hair care options. We are growing our presence in the UAE and are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

Main Duties:

Sell Aura Pure Herbal Hair Oil to stores, salons, and customers directly in the UAE.
Create and keep good connections with current clients and find new chances for business.
Meet and go beyond sales goals by building a strong network and taking part in activities to grow the business.
Give great help to customers by answering their questions, sharing what you know about products, and suggesting solutions for their hair care issues.
Handle sales reports and keep an eye on sales performance using CRM systems.
Do research to learn about competitors, what customers want, and current market trends.
Be the face of the brand at events, shows, and trade fairs when needed.
Needs:

At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the beauty, wellness, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) areas.
Good knowledge of the UAE market, particularly in the Dubai area.
Great skills in communicating and negotiating in English (knowing Hindi and Malayalam is a bonus).
I am self-driven, focused on getting results, and can work on my own.
Loves natural products, beauty, and feeling good.
