Job Summary:
Aurantius Real Estate Broker is a top real estate company in Dubai, recognized for our solid involvement in both new and existing property sales. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Property Consultant to assist our clients in understanding the Dubai real estate market.

Job Summary:
We are searching for a Property Consultant who has more than 1 year of experience in new buildings or resale homes. The successful person will have good communication skills, a history of making sales, and the ability to give helpful advice to clients. You will help us gain more clients and provide great service, while also enjoying our good commission plan.

Duties:

Connect and create friendships with possible buyers, sellers, and investors.
Give clear information about the properties that are available, making sure clients understand current market trends and opportunities.
Display properties that are not yet built or are resold by organizing viewings and presentations.
Talk to customers and finalize sales while keeping them happy during the whole process.
Keep up-to-date with the real estate market in Dubai and any new rules.
Keep a current list of available properties and interested buyers.
Work together with your teammates to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone gets good results.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in buying or selling property in Dubai.
A strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, especially how things are changing right now.
Good people skills and the ability to talk clearly with others.
Good at English; knowing other languages is a plus.
Motivated and focused on achieving goals, with a strong desire to get things done.
Having a UAE driving license is good, but you don’t have to have one.
