Job Title: Business Improvement

Purpose of the Position

The job is to lead the team and manage programs for access in the area. The person in this job needs to help represent Axios in daily meetings with patients and doctors, and also do office work and tasks outside of the office.

Jobs and Tasks

Skillfully overseeing the team and the access programs by communicating with hospitals, suppliers, pharmacies, and patients.
Keep in touch regularly with hospitals, doctors, suppliers, pharmacies, patients, charities, and anyone else involved.
Keep getting good responses from the people involved.
Make sure everyone involved knows what Axios is supposed to do.
Talk to everyone involved for Axios when necessary. Work with the Axios Regional and HQ Teams as needed.
Client reports that are done every month, every three months, and whenever needed.
Make sure that eligible patients join the program on time and follow the project’s steps and schedule.
Managing the process of checking if patients qualify financially for the programs, reviewing all cases, and making decisions on their financial classifications.
Visit homes to classify patients if necessary.
Make sure patients get their medicine fast and easily.
Make monthly reports on patient numbers and supplies, and quarterly reports on quality for internal review. This means watching and keeping track of patient records together with Axios staff while patients go through the program.
Keep electronic program files up to date, including information about patients and quality checks.
Taking part in and finishing the training on Pharmacovigilance, pharmaceuticals, and products provided by the Client, while clearly understanding how to gather and report safety information.
Report any bad events or product complaints according to the client’s needs or Axios procedures.
Do office admin tasks.

Watch over and work closely with the team in the area.
Collaborate with project team leaders and related departments at Axios.
Keep in regular contact with the project team leaders, including those from Axios in different regions and globally.

Schooling and Work Experience

It’s best to have 2-5 years of work experience in nursing or healthcare.
Very good at speaking and writing in English.
Great at talking and listening.
Having experience in watching over and handling data is a plus.
Having experience in managing logistics and supply chains is a good benefit.
Experience in managing communication services.
If you don’t have work experience, showing that you care about helping others by volunteering is a good thing too.

Job Situation

The job is at our regional office, and you will need to travel often to see clients and partners, sometimes outside your area.
Being able to travel and having flexible working hours is very important.
