Office Assistant

We’re currently looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team at Binghatti Holdings.

In this role you’ll be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks to support the daily operations within the office, which includes but is not limited to preparing rooms for meetings, retrieving beverage orders for staff, clients and visitors. Manage and maintain the stationary onsite and support employees with their requests. We’ll also require you to carryout adhoc tasks such as assist with setting up for events, launches etc.

Role responsibilities

In this role you’ll be required to carry out the following:

· Organize the office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures

· Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

· Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information in relation to the stock

· Prepare meeting rooms for meetings and appointments

· Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages by placing orders

· Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

· Support management with carrying out adhoc administrative tasks

Candidate specifications:

The ideal candidate must acquire the following:

· Proven experience as an office assistant, in another relevant administrative role

· Working knowledge of office equipment

· Thorough understanding of office management procedures

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office

Support management with adhoc tasks and responsibilities
