Check in with customers to make sure they are happy and to create lasting relationships.
Requirements:

High school diploma or something similar.
It’s good to have past work in customer service or a similar job.
Good at talking with others and solving problems.
The ability to stay calm and deal with stressful situations in a good way.
Skilled at using customer service programs and customer relationship management tools.
