Roles and Duties
Experience in selling properties that are not yet built.
Guide, inspire, and support a team of real estate agents to reach their sales goals.
Watch and study sales numbers to find areas that need improvement and make changes when necessary.
Find and evaluate possible customers in the UAE and other countries, build good relationships, and turn interest into sales.
Keep track of sales opportunities well, make sure deals are completed on time, and meet sales goals.
Great at negotiating and making deals.
Skilled in using sales management software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Office programs.
Great communication and people skills.
Skill to create and keep good connections with clients.
Work with the marketing and advertising teams to promote listings and attract potential customers.
Languages spoken – French, English, Russian, Chinese, German, European.
A real estate license that is currently active.
Candidate Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar field.
Has a strong history of meeting sales goals and increasing revenue.
Great at talking and making deals.
Good skills in leading and managing.
The skill to understand market changes and find new chances.
Skill in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Speak English well (knowing other languages is a bonus).
