Roles and Responsibilities

We are searching for an Estimator.

Look at project plans and details to find out the costs of materials, labor, and equipment.
Make clear and precise cost calculations for building projects.
Work together with project managers and engineers to make sure we have correct and timely cost estimates.
Look over and examine the bids and proposals from subcontractors.
Find and look at possible risks and chances to save money.

Candidate Requirements

I have experience in fitting out interiors and woodworking.
At least 5 years of experience.
Good understanding of building materials, ways to build, and techniques.
Good at thinking things through and understanding numbers.
