Data Entry: Input alphanumeric data from source documents into the computer system with a high degree of accuracy.
Verification: Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inaccuracies. Database Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain databases by entering new and updated information.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by performing quality checks on a regular basis.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of entered data and activities.
Timeliness: Complete tasks within specified time frames to meet deadlines.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Communication: Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding data-related tasks.
EDUCATION/TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.
