Job Summary:
We are searching for a committed HR Executive to handle important HR tasks for our home healthcare services in Dubai. The HR Executive will take care of tracking employee attendance, hiring new staff, handling complaints, managing leave and pay, organizing staff schedules, and making sure we follow UAE labor laws. This job also involves making HR reports and helping with admin tasks if needed.
Main Duties:
Keeping Track of Attendance:
Keep a daily record of who is working, including nurses, doctors, physical therapists, speech therapists, drivers, and office staff.
Look into attendance problems and give formal warnings for not meeting performance standards.
Hiring and Training New Employees:
Help with hiring by posting job ads, checking resumes, interviewing candidates, and helping new employees get started.
Make sure new employees fill out the needed forms and go through the orientation.
Dealing with Complaints:
Address staff complaints and give quick answers.
Help settle disagreements between employees to create a friendly workplace.
Managing Time Off and Paychecks
Keep track of employee leave records to make sure all types of leaves are recorded correctly.
Work together with the accounting team to make sure paychecks are calculated on time and correctly.
Managing staff schedules.
Make and keep track of staff work schedules, making sure there are enough workers for all services.
Work with department leaders to change schedules according to what is needed for operations.
Improving HR Processes
Help make HR processes smoother and more efficient.
Keep employee files up to date and make sure they follow company rules and labor laws.
Following the rules of UAE Labor Laws.
Make sure all HR actions follow UAE labor laws completely.
Stay informed about any new laws and change company rules when necessary.
Watching and Reporting on How Well Things are Working
Check how well employees are doing and give the managers detailed reports about HR, including important numbers and data from Management Information Systems.
Give official warnings for poor performance and keep track of any disciplinary actions.
Help with office tasks.
Help with administrative tasks to support HR operations and daily activities.
Requirements & Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a similar area.
More than 2 years of experience in a human resources job, ideally in the healthcare field.
Knowing the work laws in the UAE.
Good at talking and getting along with others.
Skill in using HR software and Microsoft Office programs.
Skill in handling several tasks at once and keeping information private.
Good at noticing small things and keeping things organized.

Job Type: Permanent Position
Salary: AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 each month.
