Work Title: Junior Bookkeeper

Work Outline: As a Lesser Bookkeeper, you will help with dealing with the monetary

records, exchanges, and reports for the association. Your essential obligations

will incorporate supporting senior bookkeepers, keeping up with monetary information precision,

performing essential accounting errands, and adding to the general effectiveness of the

bookkeeping office.

Key Liabilities:

1. Help with keeping up with monetary records by precisely recording everyday

monetary exchanges.

2. Get ready and cycle solicitations, bills, creditor liabilities, and records

receivable.

3. Accommodate bank articulations, card proclamations, and other monetary records.

4. Support in the readiness of budget summaries and reports.

5. Help with planning, determining, and difference examination.

6. Perform essential accounting assignments, including information section, diary passages, and

record upkeep.

7. Help in the examination of monetary data to recognize errors or issues.

8. Team up with different divisions to accumulate monetary data and resolve

disparities.

9. Support review processes by giving fundamental documentation and

data.

10. Remain refreshed with bookkeeping guidelines and best practices to guarantee

consistence.

11. Capacity to deal with specially appointed reports as and when mentioned by the board.

Abilities and Capabilities:

1. Four year certification in bookkeeping, Money, or related field.

2. Solid comprehension of essential bookkeeping standards and practices.

3. Capability in bookkeeping programming and MS Office applications, particularly

Succeed.

4. Phenomenal scrupulousness and exactness in information section and monetary records.

5. Great logical and critical thinking abilities.

6. Capacity to deal with numerous undertakings and focus on work successfully.
