We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer to join our marketing team. You will help turn our ideas into exciting content for both print and online materials, especially videos. The ideal person should be very skilled in the newest design software and able to handle the entire design process from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams to produce high-quality work that meets our marketing goals. It’s important to have a good grasp of branding and marketing. You should be able to change styles and layouts according to what each project needs.
Main duties:
Make new and creative graphics and content for different marketing platforms, using various design programs.
Regularly check and update your marketing materials to keep them in line with business changes and maintain good design quality.
Work together with the marketing team, coworkers, and outside partners to create materials that match the original plan and goals.
Work on several projects at the same time, focusing on the most important tasks according to the marketing plan and social media schedule.
Help the marketing team plan and organize events, making sure everything goes smoothly and works well together.
Make sure that all written content, images, and overall design are of the best quality and correct in everything we produce.
Handle the sharing and access of the latest materials within the organization by using email, shared folders, and internal tools.
Keep a record of all projects, noting the job numbers and how long each one took to finish, so we can track them.
Regularly update brand rules to meet business needs, making sure all materials match the brand’s identity.
Follow the rules for writing and layout in all designs closely.
Keep up with the newest design tools and the best ways to do things in the industry.
Keep an eye on what our competitors are doing with their designs so our marketing materials stay up-to-date and creative.
Work with outside companies to manage the making and sharing of materials between different departments and offices.

Here are the rules:
A degree in graphic design, visual communication, graphic arts, or a similar field.
You need at least 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer and a portfolio that shows different kinds of work you’ve done.
I have a lot of experience using Adobe software like Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
Good at using other design tools like Canva, Storyblocks, and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Skills in taking photos, making videos, creating animations, and producing films.
Great imagination along with careful attention to details.
Good at staying organized and managing time, especially when things get really busy.
Good at speaking and writing in English, with a strong focus on details to make sure the content is correct and looks nice.
A motivated person who works hard and gets things done on their own. They also work well with others.
