We are looking for a hardworking and careful person to be a Collection Commissioner on our team. The chosen person will help the Contracts and Sales teams by working with clients to make sure any unpaid bills are taken care of. This job includes going to client offices to build good relationships and make sure all unpaid bills and payments are collected. The Collection Commissioner will keep clear records of all follow-ups and send regular reports to management.

Main Duties:

Work with the Contracts and Sales teams to monitor unpaid bills and make sure to reach out to clients for any follow-ups.
Visit client offices to build good relationships and follow up on unpaid bills.
Keep detailed notes of all follow-up actions and make regular reports for management to review.
Needed Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related Engineering field (or something similar).
You should have at least 3 years of work experience, ideally in an engineering or rental company.
Experienced in following up with clients about payments, collecting cash, and approving invoices.
Good at working well with others and convincing them, with great writing and speaking skills.
Great at organizing and getting along with others, can work well under stress and finish tasks on time.
Skilled in both English and Arabic.
Knowledge of MS Windows programs.
You need a valid UAE driving license.
Ready to travel around Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
