As a Relationship Manager, you must really understand the financial markets and keep a close eye on competitors to stay ahead. Always look for new ways to bring in new clients and help them keep their account balances steady.

In charge of getting high net worth clients.
Always try to improve your knowledge of capital markets by learning on your own and taking training offered by the company.
Make sure to regularly reach out to the assigned clients through phone calls or face-to-face meetings. This will help show them the value of the “Premium” service.
Taking the initiative to expand the number of clients by getting referrals from current clients.
Carefully check the risks and needs of clients, and suggest products that match what they’re comfortable with.
You will need to regularly and actively meet and have fun with clients and potential clients at different events and meetings. This may include working evenings and weekends as part of building and managing your relationships.
Figure out what important clients want and need, and provide them with customized help.
Work together with other team members who interact with clients to make sure we provide great service.
Gaining new customers by getting referrals, meeting people, and working with partners.
Create sales plans to attract new High Net Worth Individual (HNI) customers to grow our customer base.
Assess the risk levels of all identified clients to provide better advice on their investment and trading needs.
Making sure we provide products that fit our clients’ needs.
Follow the company’s rules on ethics and behavior.
Wanted Candidate Profile

3-4 years of experience in sales in the finance, banking, or insurance fields.
Great understanding and experience with financial markets.
Having CISI and SCA Certification is a plus, but it’s not a must. Eventually, all candidates will need to get them after they start.
