The company is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Manager to help meet its growing needs in the MENA region. The company is searching for a Manager who can oversee Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, not just a Recruiter.
The job needs you to be an experienced HR worker who has a good history of handling hiring needs for a big company. You need experience in managing permanent hiring and staffing. Hiring with agencies and partners, direct hiring, planning for workforce needs, budgeting, and human resources operations. Experience in the Middle East is very important.
