Ideal Candidate Profile A bachelor’s degree in a similar discipline, such as computer science. credentials from the industry, including CompTIA A+, MCSE, or CCNA. three years minimum of experience working as an IT engineer. Preference is given to experience in a related field or sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Capacity to operate both individually and together. ability to prioritize work and pay close attention to details. the capacity to change with settings and technologies.
