The Recruiter is in charge of making sure everything is done well during the hiring process. They represent the client and work hard to find great candidates. They also keep everyone updated on how the search is going. They are experts in finding and hiring talent, and they offer guidance and knowledge to hiring managers.

Job Location: Dubai
Work Setup: partly in the office, partly at home.
Work Schedule: regular office hours
Requirements: experience in hiring for advanced manufacturing jobs.

Duties:

Finding Candidates: – Hold a detailed meeting with the hiring manager to discuss the job’s requirements. Share useful market information and suggest possible ways to search for candidates and what they should meet in terms of skills.
Review of candidates who applied through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Check if the candidates meet the job requirements and decide who to continue with in the hiring process.
Create and manage plans for finding good job candidates that match what we are looking for.
Find candidates by searching through resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using specific search techniques.
Ask for and seek recommendations from business contacts and people inside the company.
Use Cielo’s special software for sending mobile and email messages to groups of talented people.
Connecting with Candidates: – Use different ways to reach out to potential job seekers, like phone calls, emails, and social media.
Clearly explain the benefits of the job to candidates who want to apply.
Help candidates get ready for interviews by giving them information about when and where the interviews will be, what to wear, and what to expect.
Make sure candidates get quick updates about their application and interview status.
Evaluating Candidates: – Create and use phone interview templates that fit the job description.
Use your own judgement to look at the notes from candidate phone interviews and their skills to see if they fit the job requirements. Decide if they are a good match for this role or might be suitable for other jobs that are available.
Give skills tests when necessary and check the results if the process requires it.
Check the background and reference information (if the process requires it).
Helping with Hiring: – Make sure to keep candidates involved during the hiring process by regularly updating them on how things are going.
Work with the hiring manager to decide on the job offer details, using market information and pay guidelines to back up suggestions.
Make a job offer to the candidate and encourage them to accept it, while being ready to discuss and negotiate any counter-offers they might have.
Service Excellence: – Following all rules and regulations closely (like OFCCP and other required standards).
Focus on creating a list of strong job candidates and always look for new talent so that there are several qualified people available for each position.
Give clear and regular updates about recruitment activities to the hiring leader and Cielo leadership to show both numbers and efforts.
Find out the problems people have when searching for information and doing research, and suggest ways to solve these issues for both our team and outside partners.
Keep the hiring leader updated regularly about how each search is going, and give advice on what to do next.

Requirements

Schooling or learning.

You need a high school diploma.
Experience:

At least two years of recruiting experience with successful results in a company, RPO, or agency environment. Experience using tools for hiring, like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the job:

Skilled at using Boolean search methods to find information.
Good at using Microsoft Office programs like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Understanding basic ideas and practices in Human Resources, especially about hiring and measuring how well it’s done.
