We are seeking a friendly and happy bartender to provide a great experience for our guests. The perfect person for this job should be able to make both traditional and new drinks that impress customers.

The bartender will take care of serving drinks to customers at the bar and taking drink orders from the dining room. They will also manage the cash register at the bar and check the stock at the end of their shift.

Jobs and Responsibilities

Make drinks for people in the bar and restaurant.
Talk to customers, take their orders, and offer snacks and drinks.
Check what customers like and offer good ideas based on that.
Make a plan for the bar menu and get the ingredients ready for the drinks.
Check that customers are who they say they are and that they are old enough to drink legally.
Refill bar supplies and stock.
Take good care of guests and focus on their needs.
Keep the bar area clean according to the company’s rules and local health department guidelines.
Set a good speed at work that makes customers happy.
Qualifications and Requirements

Past job experience as a bartender or in a similar position.
Good understanding of how to mix, decorate, and serve drinks.
Basic computer skills mean knowing how to use a computer in simple ways.
Knowing a second language is an advantage.
Good attitude and great communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar neat, well-stocked, and clean.
Related training certificate.
