However, we welcome applicants from all walks of life and with a track record of academic and extracurricular excellence. The Hiring Method Psychometric tests, a research project, and remote interviews will all be included in the evaluation process after your application has been reviewed. The invited finalists will then be invited to the Commercial Training Program (CTP) in our Dubai office, the final stage of the recruitment process. We will cover all relocation costs during this week-long program, including lodging, work visa paperwork, and airfare. Candidates who successfully complete the CTP will be offered a position as full-time Commercial Graduates in our Dubai office through our Commercial Development Program (CDP). With the guidance of our knowledgeable commercial team, the CDP provides a comprehensive rotational experience in trading and analytics. You will receive mentoring and instruction in market fundamentals throughout the program, allowing you to develop strong analytical skills. You will become a Junior Trader at Cobblestone Energy after completing the program.
