We are looking for a enthusiastic Property Consultant who has experience in real estate. The best person for this job will have a history of making sales and experience working with a real estate developer.

Main Duties:

Find potential customers and turn them into leads by meeting people and looking into the market.
Create and keep good connections with clients.
Give property talks and show people around the site.
Talk about the details and finish selling agreements.
Keep up with market trends and what competitors are doing.
Keep correct records of sales and make reports.
Requirements:

More than 2 years of experience in selling real estate, including 1 year working with a real estate developer. I have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. I can speak several languages: Chinese, Italian, Spanish, Persian, Dutch, German, Polish, and Czech.
Good at talking and making deals.
Understanding how the real estate market is changing. Skilled in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Ongoing

Salary: 4,000 to 7,000 AED each month.
