Job Description
Commercial Strategy

Develop commercial strategies identifying market opportunities and detailing target segments, product specifications and features, pricing and positioning in line with the overall business goals.
Support the Executive Management in formulating project-specific sales and marketing strategies and budgets.
Support feasibility studies with commercial insights (market trends and opportunities, product requirements, achievable sales rates, absorption rate, sales and marketing budgets, etc.).
Sales Management
Recommend sales plans, including pricing structure, payment terms, inventory release plan, sales force structure (internal and external) and commissions.
Set targets and KPIs for internal and external sales teams, monitor performance, and provide guidance to achieve revenue objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales and collection performance, revenue forecasts, and key financial metrics.
Identify areas of unsatisfactory performance and implement corrective measures and potential performance improvement opportunities promptly.
Update sales and marketing budgets based on ongoing internal and external changes, detailing the impact on financial and funding requirements.
Define and oversee the customer journey and experience across all touch points.

Drive and manage the activation and engagement of external brokers and conduct periodic training on project and service offerings.
Marketing and Branding

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance project visibility and drive lead generation.
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of marketing materials, including, but not limited to, brochures, factsheets, videos, websites, online collaterals, call center scripts, and FAQs.
Oversee marketing and advertising campaigns, events, digital and social media presence and activities, PR, and customer communications.
Review and analyse PR and marketing spend performance and submit periodic reports and recommendations.
VIP Customers and Strategic Partnerships
Develop a VIP customer list and build close business relationships with them.
Prepare business proposals for partnerships and collaborations with external entities (e.g. large investors, financial institutions, etc.).
Negotiate partnerships and collaboration terms.
Support with investors’ and partners’ requests and requirements.
Participate in relevant exhibitions and events to promote the company’s activities.
CRM Roll-out and Management
Drive the selection, development, and effective roll-out of a CRM solution
Maintain a comprehensive and useful customer database and ensure the confidentiality of customers’ information is always maintained.
Market Analysis and Insights

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth, market positioning, and product/service enhancements.
Share monthly reports about relevant market trends, new launches, etc.
Organization Development
Develop Policies and Procedures related to Sales and Marketing.
Ensure integration of lessons learned and evolving best practices into key projects in pipeline.
Team Management
Determine team staffing requirements, interview and select suitable candidates.
Develop and implement annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and assess individual team members’ contributions.
Develop and mentor junior team members.
General

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Uphold integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all business practices.
Actively strive for continuous improvement in all business processes and provide recommendations on improvement opportunities.
Attend meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and training courses as required and strive for continuous professional development.
Support the implementation of the Audit and Risk Department’s recommendations.
Perform related duties and special projects as directly assigned by the Senior Management.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 12 years of experience in sales and marketing
At least 7 years in real estate development
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market
Demonstrated leadership and analytical abilities
Talent for mentoring and developing team members
