Here’s the full job description.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Keep and organize project papers, files, and messages.
Make sure all documents are of good quality and follow the rules.
Sort and group documents, both online and on paper, so they are easy to find.
Help set up meetings, make agendas, and write down notes.
Help plan and organize travel for the project team.
Manage messages and talks within the project team and with outside parties.
Keep an eye on important project stages and what needs to be done.
Change project schedules and timelines as told by project managers.
Keep all project information private and safe.
Work with people inside the company and outside to collect information and help with project tasks.
Be the person to ask questions about project papers and administrative issues.
