Tasks and Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and visitors with a friendly smile.

* Answer phone calls, pass them on, and check who is calling in a helpful way.

Give correct information in person, on the phone, and by email.

Set up and confirm meetings while keeping calendars organized.

* Welcome visitors and take them to where they need to go.

Let employees know when their visitors arrive quickly.

Make copies of all documents from the branches and keep them in a file.

* Manage emails coming in and going out effectively.

Order supplies for the front office and keep track of what we have.

Make reports and presentations when needed.

* Help organize executive calendars by making travel plans and setting up meetings.

Write, check for mistakes, and send letters or messages.

Write down the important notes during meetings and make sure they are correct.

* Keep sensitive information private.

* Do additional tasks as needed.

Skills Needed:

Able to speak English well.

Good at talking and connecting with others.

Good at using computers, especially Excel and MS Office.

Great at managing time.
