Job Description Summary
Job Duties:

Pick up and handle phone calls.
Set up and plan meetings and appointments.
Keep track of contact lists.
Make and send out memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Help prepare regular reports.

Make sure the equipment works well by doing regular maintenance, calling for repairs when needed, keeping track of the equipment we have, and checking out new tools and methods.
Keep track of supplies by checking what is in stock; figuring out what supplies are needed; ordering supplies quickly; and confirming that supplies have been received.
Keep your skills and knowledge up to date by going to training workshops, reading industry magazines, connecting with others in your field, and joining professional groups.
Help the team by completing tasks that are needed.
Do office tasks like organizing files, typing documents, making copies, putting things together, and scanning papers.
Plan trips for top executives.
Write letters and emails for other people in the office.
Schedule conference calls, book rooms, order taxis, send couriers, and reserve hotels.
Help at the reception desk when needed.
Keep computer files and paper files organized.
Keep sensitive information private.
Write down the important points from meetings correctly.
Organize office tasks.
Respond to emails, phone calls, or in-person questions.
Create and improve office systems to make them work better.
Fix administrative issues.
Get the mail, organize it, and hand it out.
