Devotion Tourism LLC is looking for a friendly and skilled Travel Consultant to be part of our team. The perfect person for this job loves traveling and helping customers. They need to have experience in making personalized travel plans and giving great support to our clients.

Duties:

Make and take care of custom travel plans for clients, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel needs.
Provide professional help and answers for different travel needs.
Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat during working hours.
Keep up with the latest travel news, discounts, and rules.
Make sure all reservations follow travel rules and what the client wants.
Help clients with any problems or emergencies while they are traveling.
Keep correct records of talking to clients and their appointments.
Requirements: Things needed:

At least 5 years of experience in travel and tourism.
Skilled in using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Good understanding of well-known travel spots, airlines, and hotels.
Great at speaking and writing in English; knowing other languages is a bonus.
Good at helping customers and solving problems well.
Can handle many tasks and work well even when stressed.
You need a high school diploma, and it’s better if you have a degree in Travel and Tourism.
