Jobs and Duties

KPA 1 – Helping the Customer

Get the equipment ready and set it up for installation and delivery.
Make sure that the installation kits, parts, and products are ready and in place.
Handle, give out, and collect marketing tools and materials.
KPA 2 – Planning, Development, and Execution

Fix important equipment so it’s ready to use again.
Stick to the usual steps for fixing up equipment.
Keep track of and restock items at the refurb center, like parts, tools, and other equipment.
Reprocess all old assessments of equipment that needs to be fixed or thrown away.
Keep a daily record of all asset movements.
Keep a daily log of all repair and renovation work.
KPA 3 – Fixing Problems

Take part in team discussions to find better ways to help customers and get more work done.
KPA 4 – Taking Care of Cleaning and Safety

Do everything safely.
Keep the repairs maintained. Please write the text in a neat and tidy way.
Make sure that the activities are done according to government rules.
Use back belts when lifting or moving heavy things.
KPA-5 Managing the Team

Help, teach, watch over, and lead regular and senior technicians under the Senior MEM Manager.
Candidate Profile We Are Looking For

Basic information about taking care of coolers. Understanding how to fix different types of air conditioners and cooling systems. Knowledge in fixing problems. Ability to find and identify damage and issues.

Should know how to install air conditioners and coolers that are backage and split type.

Learn how to replace spare parts.

Graduate of at least a 2-year training program in Air Conditioning and Cooling Technology. You need a high school diploma or GED.

It’s better if you have a certification in refrigeration or HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).
