Expected set of responsibilities
Work Liabilities
• Welcome and welcome guests, clients, and representatives with a warm and cordial disposition.
• Reply and direct approaching calls, taking exact messages when fundamental.
• Give data to guests or guests in regards to the association, its administrations, and staff.
• Keep a spotless and coordinated banquet room, guaranteeing an expert and inviting climate.
• Oversee and disperse approaching and active mail, bundles, and conveyances.
• Keep up with office supplies stock and spot orders on a case by case basis.
• Perform fundamental managerial undertakings, like information passage, documenting, examining, and copying.
• Help with the coordination of gatherings and occasions, including room arrangement and readiness of materials.
• Support other managerial staff and divisions as required.

Work Type: All day

Pay: AED3,000.00 each month
