Roles and Responsibilities
Main Duties:
Work together with important people to collect and write down what the business needs.
Look at how businesses work to find areas that need fixing and where they can do better.
Create clear documents that explain how things should work and what the business needs.
Do research and analyze data to help with project goals.
Hold workshops and meetings with important people to collect ideas and give suggestions.
Collaborate with project teams to make sure the solutions fit the business requirements.
Keep track of how the project is going and give updates to the people involved when needed.
Help create training materials and user guides for the solutions that have been set up.
Make sure that all processes follow the rules set by the government and non-profit organizations.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business management, computer technology, or something similar.
5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, especially in nonprofits or NGOs.
Good at analyzing information, with experience in looking at data, creating process models, and collecting requirements.
Great communication and people skills, able to work well with different groups of people.
Skilled in using tools and methods for business analysis, like SWOT analysis and BPMN.
Understanding how to manage projects and use tools like JIRA and MS Project.
Experience in managing changes and improving processes.
Understanding the unique problems and rules that non-governmental organizations (NGOs) face.

A Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) is a group that helps people or works on important causes but is not part of the government. A nonprofit is similar; it uses its money to support its mission instead of making a profit.
