We are a company that focuses on trading glass and aluminum machines, as well as processing glass and mirrors. We have a cutting machine, a machine for grinding edges, a sandblasting machine, a glass washing machine, and more. We are dedicated to providing great products and services.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced salesperson to join our team. The best candidate should have a good amount of experience in the same field. The main job is to make sales, find new business chances, and meet sales goals.

Main Duties:

Show, advertise, and sell products or services to current and potential customers using strong reasons.
Find and create new ways to do business in the glass and aluminum industries.
Create and keep good connections with clients, architects, builders, and developers.
Regularly reach or surpass sales goals.
Give clear information about the product and suggest answers that fit what the client needs.
Make plans and suggest ideas, then talk about and agree on contracts.
Work together with the project and tech teams to make sure customers are happy.
Analyze the costs and benefits, as well as the needs, of current and potential customers to make sure we meet their requirements.
Build, grow, and keep good relationships with businesses and customers.
Contact potential customers by making cold calls.
Speed up solving customer issues and complaints to make them happier.
Reach the sales goals set and do it on time.
Work together with team members and other departments to plan and manage sales activities.
Look at the potential of the area or market, keep an eye on sales, and check status reports.
Manage supplies by keeping track of what customers want, any issues they have, their interests, what competitors are doing, and possibilities for new products and services.
Stay updated on good methods and popular trends for promotions.
Keep getting better by listening to feedback.

Needs:

Demonstrated experience in selling glass and aluminum products.
Good understanding of how the market works and what’s happening in the industry.
Great at talking and making deals.
Can work alone and also work well with others.
You need to have a valid driving license from the UAE.
Ready to work towards specific goals and reach sales targets.
Only with a valid UAE driving license. It’s better to have your own car.
