We are looking to hire a Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
You should have at least 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in an office job, ideally in a design or architecture company.
Good at talking and writing, and knows how to speak professionally on the phone.
Good at using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with scheduling tools.
Great at keeping things organized and can handle many tasks at once in a busy place.
You need a high school diploma or something similar. Having extra training in office administration is a bonus.
Main Duties:
Say hello and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors, and serve them drinks in a friendly and professional way.
Take and direct incoming phone calls, help with questions, and connect callers to the right team members.
Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and attractive to match the firm’s style.
Help organize and order office supplies when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Ongoing
Salary: AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 each month.
