ABOUT THE FUNCTION

The Area Operations team keeps a careful record of daily and weekly tasks, noting any changes, problems, complaints, and communication. They make sure to follow up on everything and quickly address any issues at different locations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO WELL

5 to 8 years of experience working as a valet.
A degree in Hospitality from a recognized university is preferred.
A culture focused on results: What will your performance be compared to.

Daily tasks for a specific area that has several locations.
Do random checks and financial reviews according to the provided rules and steps.
Fix problems or complaints that happen on-site.
Manage accidents or incidents at the site.
Talk with clients and location managers to find problems, come up with better solutions, and set and keep quality standards.
