Find and bring in the best Agents.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers.
Make sure candidates have a good experience during the hiring process by giving them helpful and prompt feedback.

I have successfully hired Real Estate Agents before.
Great communication and people skills to clearly share the company’s values and job opportunities with possible candidates.
