Duties and Positions
locating the most suitable applicants on schedule.
swiftly and successfully filling the open vacancies.
using the right recruitment channels to find and pursue exceptional prospects.
luring in the most qualified applicants.
supporting corporate and departmental staff planning.
Creating and revising job descriptions in collaboration with the hiring division.
coordinating the creation of the Manpower Requisition (MPR) and the Recruitment Requisition Form (RRF).
creating a plan for hiring and publishing positions on relevant employment boards.
coordinating with hiring firms and making sure clauses in agency contracts are followed.
if necessary, participating in domestic and international hiring campaigns.
ensuring the prompt onboarding of new workers or employees.
updating the HR Information System’s recruitment module.
arranging and supervising all onboarding resources and protocols
Orienting new administrative staff members
Employees may be deployed in any of the Emirates based on operational needs, and they may be assigned to other departments as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
a master’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
five to seven years’ minimum of experience working in the UAE in a comparable role, ideally with construction or facility management companies
