We are a well-known company in Dubai, UAE, that makes wooden pallets. We focus on creating strong and long-lasting pallets for many different industries. We are dedicated to providing good quality and being environmentally friendly, which has helped us build a strong reputation in the market. We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Manager to make sure our products are of the best quality and follow the rules.

Job Description: This document explains the tasks and responsibilities of a job. It tells you what you will do and what skills or experience you need.

The QC Manager will be in charge of making sure that the products made at our wooden pallet factory meet quality standards. You will help keep the product quality high, set up inspection systems, and make sure that production follows industry rules and what customers want.

Main Duties:

Create and use checks and rules to make sure that products are of good quality and meet the necessary standards.
Check and review the quality of raw materials, products being made, and finished items.
Make sure to check and measure pallets to confirm they meet quality, safety, and strength requirements.
Oversee the quality control team by teaching, guiding, and assessing how well team members are doing their jobs.
Find parts of the production process that can be better and work with the production team to fix quality problems.
Keep records of inspections, quality reports, and fixes.
Make sure to follow the health, safety, and environmental rules.
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to fix quality problems and keep customers happy.
Look at quality control information and patterns, and take steps to fix problems to make the product better.
Make and show clear performance reports to the managers.
Look into why a product failed and take steps to fix the problem so it doesn’t happen again.
Requirements and Skills:

A bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or something similar.
At least 5 years of experience in checking quality or making sure things are good, ideally in the wooden pallet or manufacturing field.
A strong understanding of quality control methods, checking processes, and testing steps.
Good knowledge of important industry rules and regulations.
Great at leading and managing a team.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs and software for managing quality.
Good at figuring things out and analyzing problems.
Paying close attention to details and working hard to keep things at a high level.
Good communication skills in English (knowing Arabic is a plus).
Job Type: Full-time means you will work a regular, full schedule.

Salary: 4,000 to 6,000 AED each month.
